Q: HOW DO I OPEN AN ACCOUNT? A: Opening an account is as easy as one phone call to 310-247-1739. Our office staff will take all your information including Company, Address, Phone and the names of those who are authorized to use the account.
Q: DO I NEED A CREDIT REFERENCE TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT?
A: No. We do not require a credit reference if you have been referred or have been in business for over 1 year. If not we may ask for your first job to be booked COD but in most cases we will open the account in good faith.
Q: DO YOU PROVIDE LEGAL SERVICES SUCH AS FILINGS AND PROCESS SERVING?
A: YES! We have a very knowlegable staff who are dedicated to our legal services. Although we do all filings our speciality are those that are last minute and must be filed same day. We have the reputation for making even the most impossible deadlines happen. Our motorcycles are not only fast but very knowledgable of the courts and are often able to help the clients if there is a problem with the filing. Our legal clients know they can trust us with the most important of filings and know we will get them done.
Q: WHEN I BOOK A 1 HOUR DELIVERY HOW QUICKLY SHOULD I EXPECT A MESSENGER?
A: Depending on where the package is going it would be picked up within 20 minutes. At ADS our clock starts when the job is booked not when it is picked up. A one hour delivery will be delivered within 1 hour of the phone call.
Q: WHAT ARE YOUR PRICES?

Q: WHAT INFORMATION DO I NEED TO GIVE WHEN I CALL FOR A MESSENGER?
A: When you call our office just let us know what company your are calling from. Once an account is set up our system has all your information so there is no need to give us your address etc. Just let us know where the package is being picked up from (if different from where you are calling from) and where it is going. Generally we like to get the name of the company, the address, contact person and if possible the phone number. Once we have this information it will be stored in our system and you will not have to give it to us again.
Q: DO YOU PROVIDE OVERNIGHT SERVICE?
A: Yes. We offer this as our most economical service. All we ask is that the package be ready before 5 and not be going outside of the greater Los Angeles vicinity. In most cases all our overnight packages are delivered first thing in the morning but we only guarantee they will be there by 12pm the next day.
Q: WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?
A: We are open 24 hours 7 days a week but normal working hours are 9am-6pm. Anything outside of these hours is overtime and would incur extra charges.
Q: CAN I PAY BY CASH OR CREDIT CARD?
A: YES. If you don't have an account with us and want to pay for your delivery when we do it we accept Cash, Check or Credit Cards.
